By submitting your work to Light (the "Journal"), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Originality of Work
    All submissions must be your original work. You confirm that you hold the rights to the work and that it does not infringe on the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, or privacy rights.

  2. Copyright and Licensing
    By submitting your work, you retain copyright ownership. However, you grant the Journal a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to publish, distribute, and promote your work in print and digital formats, as part of the journal or associated marketing.

  3. Simultaneous Submissions
    Simultaneous submissions are allowed, but you must notify the Journal immediately if your work is accepted elsewhere.

  4. Editing and Formatting
    The Journal reserves the right to make minor editorial changes to your work for formatting and clarity purposes. Significant edits will only be made with your prior consent.

  5. Submission Fees
    The Journal may charge a submission fee to cover administrative costs. These fees are non-refundable, regardless of acceptance or rejection.

  6. Publication Decisions
    Submission does not guarantee publication. The Journal's editorial team has sole discretion over which works are published. If your work is not selected, the Journal has no obligation to provide feedback or a detailed explanation.

  7. Withdrawal of Work
    You may request to withdraw your submission at any time before publication by notifying the Journal in writing.

  8. Liability
    The Journal is not responsible for any legal disputes arising from your submission. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Journal from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from your work.

  9. Privacy
    Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will not be shared without your consent, except as required to process your submission or comply with legal obligations.

  10. Agreement
    By submitting your work, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions in full.
